Return & Exchange Policy

At ALONG - BLEND WITH NATURE, each surfboard, skateboard, alaia, handplane, paipo, fin, and wooden furniture piece is custom made by hand specifically for each client. Because of this personalized and made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these custom products once an order has been placed.

Custom Orders

All custom-made items — including surfboards, skateboards, Alaias, handplanes, paipos, fins, and woodshop pieces — are made according to your chosen specifications. Please review your order carefully before confirming or contact us for any questions to info@along.fm. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly work with you to repair or replace the item as appropriate.

Prints and Non-Custom Items

We accept returns only for damaged or defective prints. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damage.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reason.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on any products.
